Friday - Time For Nokia Themes
It’s Friday again and time for themes for the Nokia E62. This time the theme comes from Eero and some more themes from D3.
Eero sent me a theme called “Lamppu” which supposedly means “Lamp” in Finnish. It’s a bit spokey and reminds me of Scandinavian furniture but I like it.

D3 was kind enough to send me some more themes. This time - Warcraft themes. All the Warcraft themes are available for download.

More Nokia E61 themes on the theme page. If you are having problems installing the theme and get an error message about “Certificates” read this. There is a very simple solution.

Lamp is also called as “Lampuu” in an Indian Language called Telugu.

For making nokia themes use nokia theme studio version 3.0 you can get it from nokia’s web page.

So ppl i hope you like this warcraft theme colection,if someone ever tryed to make a theme for symbian,he will know how hard it is to make a theme like this.

Very interesting… lamp in Indonesian language is called “lampu” (very similar to Finnish, “lamppu”… :)).

Nice themes especially lampu…a bit my type then warcraft…I also like d3 themes but warcraft is a bit for younger generation I love the glassopheia though…keep up the good work guys

People, you can easily figure out how to remove themes before asking. Go to Menu -> Tools -> App.mgr. There you can select and uninstall themes. If you haven’t updated to latest firmware you might need to restart your phone to see them.
I understand that we (yes, we, I to need to ask sometimes) sometimes need to ask for help. But its not hard to find sometimes if you just look through your phones functions, folders and settings. (No, im not being rude. Simple facts).

D3 need your help. I am working on few themes the problem I am facing is that the background is not getting adjusted to support full screen in ideal background. The blue bar on top is still showing. Should I work with Stretch or aspect ratio. Please advise since I have gotten stuck here. Rest is easy as I have worked with vector grpahics. Thanks

Yes that buged me too lol.Took me a few hours to see what the problem was.But i cant help you until you say what program you use to make themes?

I feel better to know that you also got stuck, lol. I am using carbide thememaker the new theme maker for series 60. Hope this helps. thanks

So the solution of your problem is this,in 240×320 view,on the right there is a gallery window that shows how the theme would look like and there is a name for each preview,find preview that is named “Flat status pane” And you will see that blue line that is bothering you,just replace it with whatever fits your theme.Hope this helps,thats the best explanation i can give you ^^

D3 i had no trouble finding the flat status pane but how do I remove it.
I feel like an idiot since I have done everything except remove the top bar.

After installing some new themes, I get a blue bar on the top that does not match. How is it possible to change the color of the bar or allow it to conform to the theme I choose?
