I got it used and I loved it at first then the text messages started to take at least 3 mins to send ( I timed them ). Since I text most of the time, this has been a real relief in the few minutes that I've used it so far. This makes it a lot easier to deal with, because its the only real problem that I've had. THe first one froze, I returned it. The second one froze, then the told me I had a bogus battery in the device. It wasn't an authentic Nokia Battery even though it came with the device. The third time it froze and I couldn't get it rebooted I had to send it back. They would not send me a new one but "fix" my old one. I've had the old one since the end of April and it has started to freeze again. It's embarrasing when you have to take the battery out to get the thing working and you are in the middle of a business meeting. They really don't offer much customer service.
