This is frankly a bit surprising to me as a business person looking for one device to manage my contacts and calendar. I NEVER had these issues with my former device -- Palm Treo650. I've installed themes using Wifi on my E61 straight from e61life.com for example. However, I haven't tried emailing and for me the themes on rapidshare don't work. It's a wonderful device. I couldn't operate without it. Especially the full HTML browser and the IM's. When I brung mine to work , my co-workers were all on it.
