I had noticed on the themes I had that the -office- folder icon is the one that doesnt change? and i just thought it was a bug on the themes i had.. then I just looked through all these and it seems that is common… any clue why?

that’s no bug. It’s just the so called new icons package from Nokia isn’t complete.

The office folder has been added by Nokia to only a few E-series devices. I suppose that the office folder is not part of the common S60 icons and that it has its own icon. Themes usually only contain icons for files and folder that are common accross all S60 phones. It might be possible for theme designers to design an icon specifically for this folder, i don’t know, but that would mean more work anyway. What Valery did with his themes was simply to package the new Nokia icon set. I don’t think that he actually designed the menu icons that you can see in his themes.

the black is nice without customisation has a bug, well actually a design flaw, hopefully the maker will update it, in the messaging, while putting in the name/phone number, its white on white, basically i can’t see anything untill the next screen

on the office icon issue -
one solution: create a new folder named “office” and move all the content from the old one over… it now changes with the themes - the pencil on the folder is gone but at least the all the icons match..

The black is nice, considered as the best black background. Fonts for Note as well as SMS are clear. However, when composing SMS the colour/sign of cursor is unclear, just upgraded the colour/sign of cursor sames as when writing Note.

Any update for the “bug” in SMS ?
The name/phone number has the same color of the background : white :/
