I ran into the same issue when configuring M4E, Nokia E61i and Microsoft Small Business Server 2003.

3. Copy this certificate onto your Nokia and install it via you certificat management. (Also test your oma/owa-website to see if the certificat works).
4. Use Microsoft’s KB-817379 method 2 on your SBS server.
5. In IIS got-to Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync and right-click, Properties. Choose directory-security, IP-address and domain name restrictions.
Remove everything you find under: Granted Access and Denied Acces.
6. Now create your profile on your Nokia.

Your done.

Now Mail for Exchange no longer works. I have a pristine SSL certificate from THAWTE on my server, and it worked perfectly berfore the service. But now I get a "Untrusted Certificate" error whenever I try to connect. Anyone know a workaround? Or should I go back with the phone and demand a downgrade? Sincerely K. Just found major downside to M4E 1.5: when roaming the sync is not possible. I downgraded back to 1.3.1 and it works again fine…

Check with some friends and they experienced the same problem.

Does anyone know, why Nokia is not bringing more updates with more feature support??

E61 is a great tool, desperately waiting for my new E61i but it hurts to see that they are not working on the most important piece of software with it… :-(
