Friday Themes

It’s Friday again and time for some themes for your Nokia E61(i) and other Eseries devices.

First up is a fellow Symbian blogger who has his own theme:

Symbian60.mobi By Phanthomas

The next four themes are from the same designer - Wesley.

    Hi Ed,
first let me thank you for introducing one of my themes! I´m really sorry, that i forgot to tell you that there´s an updated and optimized lighter version of that theme already available. It´s just better readable and is also available with full and normal iconset. Enjoy!

Nice that some of you seem to like it! Thanks!!
I´m not very much into theme-creation, just felt the need to create a ´lil promo-theme for the site. So i guess there won´t be coming up too many themes from me within the near future..

In case anyone finds any bugs and/or has any suggestions, criticism or needs an optimized version for some certain screen-resolution - just leave a comment in the article and i´ll see what i can do, okay?

I recently installed Ball by Wesley. I try lots of themes and really appreciate all the work that goes into making them and getting them out to e61 users. I do have a question about that theme however, I installed it as I always do and it is listed as one of my themes and I can use it just fine. But…I don’t kep a ton of themes on the phone so they come and go from time to time. I just go into the app manager and delete a few as I add new ones. Ball by Wesley does not appear in the app manager and I can’t figure out how to delete it from my memory card. Has anyone seem this before? Any ideas on how to find it and delete it. I have tried several other app managers besides the built in Nokia app manager all to no avail.

Im feeling the Blue Ball. Im currently using that theme on my E62. My question is…What program(s) do you use to create themes? Im thinking of creating some myself and hopefully showing them off. Peace

Ed, if you allow me to link to my blog again..

@Keatisk: this is a known bug. please follow instructions here (there is a function to translate to english on the upper right sidebar..)

phanthomas, thank you, thank you. It worked perfect!

You’ve the best for E61i. Thank you Wesley!!! Now I can make this business ph of mine look a lil better at least.

  15. Keatisk Says:

phanthomas, I have an additional question about removing themes from the memory card. If the instructions you posted you say to only remove the contents of the theme folder, not the folder itself. I have a bunch of empty folders on the card. What happens if I delete a bunch of the folders?
Thanks for your advice and help.

    Hello,

is there a way to convert these nice Themes to fit on a E65? That would be great.

    Merry Christmas
