Att: ACTPOHABT

Nope not with the E61i anyways...
The holder gets in the way of the power inlet...

But it works great, just got i for my car from e2shop, cost me about 11$ shipping included...

You also get an additional holder for fixing it straight to the dashboard with a sticky pad.

Works like a charm

Great tips !
I have the same problem, more over I want to get the FM transmitter + AC + GPS. All of that makes too much cable. So:
1.- Can we plug all that in the E61 Nokia holder?
2.- Do we damage (make holes) in the dashboard when installing it?

Hey -
does anyone know why a bluetooth GPS will not work with smart2go maps?

i have e61i, and the nokia 3D-LW gps. the gps works fine with MGMAps, and smart2go maps work fine, except it doesn't recognize the gps.

any advice?
thanks!

i've been using the same car holder for my e61 for a long time now (over 9 months now). it's a wonderful thing if you're using it with your GPS module. it costed me $3 (USD)!!!!!

Hi,
I think the solution from brodit looks more professional than the mounts you install at the windshield. They're out of sight but still visible: http://www.proclipusa.com/?sectionpath=127&pageid=12285&processor=content&pcategoryid=13454&categoryid=15747&p_origin=127&p_sectionid=127&p_pageid=8796&p_processor=asp&p_asp_processor=product&p_action=proclipcategorysearch&p_ppagecategoryid=&p_pagecategoryid=&p_pcategoryid=13454&p_categoryid=15747&p_sitecategoryid=&p_year=&p_countryid=0&p_leftorright=

I have always preferred magnetic mounting. 3 euros for neodynium magnet holder from local hardware store, small metal plate and epox glue. Looks like it's been factory installed (and it should be). Holds the E61 in place pretty hard and it is easy to mount and dismount.
