Even with the 'crashes', the 'unread sms', & the 'compose without being able to see the rest of the thread' problems, this is obviously an app that users really want. Hope they can keep improving it. We're all using the treo as a benchmark for these threaded sms applications. I thought that was annoying as well. It organizes your conversation in a "chat-style" format, but once you start a new sms it is back to the old way of composing a message.
