<description>I have a Middle Eastern Nokia E61i smart phone, given to me as a gift. I've had it for over a year now &#38; I mainly reside in the United States. The phone has Arabic/English Qwery keypad. I have two sets of lock codes on it, one: 4 digit code when I reset my phone, or turn it off and back on. (SIMS 4 digit code) and the 2nd code was set in tools/settings/security... and I have it so it locks the phone keypad and screen within a minute. This last week, I was showing a friend how text messages in Arabic can be drafted by selecting writing language in the options menu. I made the switch from English to Arabic and after a min of non-usage, the phone locked and I attempted to put in my password, in which it wouldn't recognize the 5 digit password I set for it. the default manufacturer password is 12345, I changed it to 11122, since i set the password to 11122 under the English language, the number 11122 translates to RRRTT which also is recognized to unlock the code, unfortunately, Since the switch from English to Arabic was made and the phone locked, the password of 11122 or RRRTT is not accepting and giving me a Code Error, after 5 attempts it resets the attempts after 5 minutes. HOW CAN I CHANGE THE KEYPAD QWERTY BACK TO ENGLISH FROM NOW, IN ORDER FOR ME TO GET INTO MY PHONE TO MAKE THE APPROPRIATE CHANGES TO THE WRITING LANGUAGE BACK TO ENGLISH SO I WONT HAVE THIS PROBLEM IN THE FUTURE. PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP ME, I HAVE CALLED NOKIA USA AND OTHER NOKIA IN DIFFERENT COUNTRIES AND I AM GETTING CONFLICTING INFORMATION FROM EACH TECH SUPPORT AGENT. SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ASAP, I HAVE BEEN WITH OUT MY NOKIA E61I FOR OVER 5 DAYS NOW AND I NEED IT BADLY..

RESPECTFULLY,
