I'm a flight attendant and I have had a lot of complaints from captains about passengers using their phone in the airplane. It's not only interfering with the onboard cockpit equipment, it's also creates a very annoying sound in the pilots headset. As if you're listening to your old walkman and your cellphone starts ringing. You get this buzzing sound from a cellphone searching a network... So please people, be very careful if you want to use your cellphone in an airplane! I have to agree with damiano!
