I have the e61i and it didn't come with Blackberry support preinstalled. u can just download it from the download folder in your menu folder. It was free. The main reason I love my E61 is because I can use it with my corporate email server to access my email. This totally blows and Nokia will not gain any new customers if it does not offer the blackberry client.
