I tried to uptade the firmware online but I had un interruption with my usb cable so the uptade didnot install completly. But now the phone only turns on w/ blank screen and no booting up, not even turning off. I tried the hard reset codes I found in some forums but nothing. try to update again but my computer dont see the device. Pleace help me out If anybody heard anything. I've had some small, strange problems though, like the blackberry connect - it stops ringing my messages as they come in (audio) the LED works fine. If I do a hard reset it starts working again fine. Also, sometimes it stops getting my mail for no apparent reason, for a couple hours at a time.
