Nokia E70 - Black or Silver
I have written about the black Nokia E70 before. A few days ago my friend showed me his Silver Nokia E70 so I took some comparison shots of the Black and Silver Nokia E70. I don't know which I like the most - Black or Silver? Perhaps I should get both

LOL

Actually, I do have the black Nokia E70 (a friend gave that to me) but the Silver belongs to another friend but you are right. I do spend a great deal of money on devices and gadgets. But hey - you only live once

Go for the silver. It’s much slicker.
The black is interesting, but I think it would only work fully if it covered the whole surface (like the N80).

Personally, I think the silver one is much better looking. My brother has the black one, and it’s butt-ugly. Then again I have an E61 so who am I to talk…

Show me the keys at night. I want the one I can read more easily. (I guess that means I’m getting old!)

Where can someone in America buy the black E70? All of the eBay sellers and all of the online phone stores carry only the silver/grey version. Can anyone provide me with a link to an online seller that carries the black version? Thanks!

I just got the e61 and I think this phone is great. I am very intrigued by the e70. this phone I like because its a phone first, then what seems like a fully functional symbian machine.
can’t wait to get it.
I don’t think blackberry connect is available, yet. I was just on the nokia website, they say stay tuned. can anyone confirm that the e61 version doesn’t work on the e70?

It won’t work on the E70. I’d expect they will have to get a version out soon.

Yeah, the black one is kinda ugly. I just ordered one and didn’t have a choice in colors, I wonder which one they’re sending me??

I thought they were all silver. The black one must be a prototype.

Does the BLACK one has different color for back side ?

I like the one with the black keys. Better contrast which means better visibility. However, at this point I would take either one. I just want one! Why is USA always last to get the latest technology. =(

I just got the black one about one month ago and I have to say I love it. This is the first smart phone I have ever purchased (last phone was a sony s710a) and I am impressed with the amount of goodies such a phone can have. I like the silver one to but im more of a black type of guy.

To Gabriel Mussio,
could you share some pics of your BLACK Nokia E70?
What is the model: E70-1 or E70-2?

E70 - One for keeps…
Well, its been in my sights for sometime now and i have finally went ahead and bought a decent Symbian phone that seems complete by its absence of any major flaws.
With its unique gull-wing form factor, its bound to attract stares from the general publ…

Well, between the two, the silver E70 is actually an E70-1, which is the European version and does GSM 900/1800/1900, whereas the black E70 is an E70-2, the USA version which does GSM 850/1800/1900. You’d think color would mean no difference, but in this case, it’s quite the opposite!
