Nice blog. Back to the brower questions... Anyone manage to get bbc listen again to work? I am also having problems highlighting text, copying and pasting. The nifty overview box seems to work randomly.. How do you activate it?

I bought the E61 on ebay, unlocked in factory box w/normal goodies. Unknown to me at the time it has no browser. How can I download the Original Browser into it. Or for that fact, any browser?

Re: hanging browser- clear the cache, delete cookies, clear auto-bookmarks and restart the phone. Not sure if this works for firmware below version 3.

Hi Andrea,
It means that there is a message in your outbox that for some reason can't be sent. Go to your outbox and delete the message or try to send it.

Exactly the same problem with my E61 (the browser suddenly will not start any more - it just hangs). Using BlackBerry connection for emails but no problems in past few months. Firmware still the same as before :-(

Hi the e61 is a great phone. The only problem i have is that i cant download video files like .wmv and mp4. When i click download, the screen starts to display jumbled letters. I used the 7710 before and had no problems regarding .wmv downloads. help!

GREETING, I WAS LOOKING AT PURCHASING MY FIRST NOKIA (E61i), AS I HAVE ONLY HAD MOTOROLAS ANB BLACKBERRY BEFORE.

I WANTED A NOKIA BECAUSE OF THE SUPERIOR BROWSER, AND ESPECIALLY FOR THE FLASH.

SO HERE’S MY QUESTION.......SPECIFICALLY, DOES THE E61i SUPPORT FLASH LITE 2.0 OR 2.1?

I ALREADY KNOW IT SUPPORTS FLASH LITE 1.0 OR 1.1., BUT I WAS TRYING TO FIND OUT IF IT SUPPORTED THE HIGHER 2.0/2.1 VERSION.

THANKS.

P.S. DO YOU THINK ITS WORTH SPENDING THE EXTRA MONEY,,,$900.00 TO BUY THE E90 INSTEAD OR DO YOU THINK THE E61I IS ABOUT THE SAME.

THANKS
