I did try to see if a connection existed and there was none. I also held the red end call button to see if it would ask me if i wanted to end any internet connections. I did some researching on google and found that severl other e61 owners encountered the same problem; the not being able to open thier web browser with a "web already in use" error message. The only current solution was to restart the phone while holding the call button, 3, and * buttons and poweirng the phone on and this formated the cell.
