Friday Themes - It’s Been A While

It's finally Friday and time for some themes for your Eseries devices. This week I have tried to find a a group of themes that all are nice and clean (think - less is more) but also a few themes with edited icons (a request from previous theme post).

Hopefully there is something for everyone.

I couldn't find the name of the creator of the following versions of the Nokia "Dots" theme but if anyone knows please tell me so I can give credit to the talented theme designer. Thanks to Richard for letting me know that the below Dots themes are official Nokia variants of the original Dots theme.

    Thank you so much for Dots! I’ve used original Nokia Dots, but there was some stupid network/battery indicator (small and… just bad). But in these Dots (Blue and Red) it’s ok. And frames in horizontal menus are now better. Good choice, good themes.

    Hey how do you install these things on E65? I have an E62 so I know about the certificate thing, but I can’t find that option on my 65. Thanks for the help!

    Sorry for the double post, I found the certificate check and changed it, but it says ‘expired certificate’. Do these even work on e65’s?

    dots themes are great, but in alls is one error. in a dialog box (e.g. in web browser) is white font on white background, so you cannot see what you type.

    Just a word of caution … on a E62 when I use the Nokia Web Browser or Cingular WAP browser the dialog box for typing in a web URL is white on white … other than that the Blue Dots is a lovely theme.

    If you use the browser alot though its irritating to not see URLs as you type them.

    White Revisited by Daniel was THE theme for me.
    Recently I had to format my phone and I lost this theme. And now e61ife.com is offline too.
    I will be very thankful if someone could please point me to some place where I can download this theme (I hope the author is still sharing this theme)

    I’m not sure if this was posted before, but you can remove themes by going to Tools->App. mgr. Then find the theme you want to remove, press Options->Remove.

    Hi,

    Great themes…LOVE the Blue Dots, it’s my favorite right now. HOWEVER, as several people have already mentioned….the text disappears in the Browser address entry window. Can we PLEASE get a fix for this? This is the ONLY theme I use now (I’ve tried tons) & I want it to be perfect!!

    I just got an N95, and the coloured glass themes look SO FREAKIN AWESOME on it!

    I tried many times to install Dot Mocha to my E61i but resulted unable, but I can install all others no problem, why only Dot Mocha unable ??
    Do you know if I can change my own wish colour of theme??

    in all this themes color of font during writing adress www is white like background ;/ so it isnt wisible
